So, God is good and so is the house my family has moved into. It has been a very busy month, but a good one. We final live in a house verse that crummy duplex we’ve been in for 7 years. Oh well, it was good for its time.

Sad news, Gem died. My poor little hedgehog went to that toilet paper tube in the sky. I was kinda sad for a while, but I’m okay now. Homework in no fun. I think we all can agree on that. And, we have “lost” the keys to this new house and the cars. Supposedly the keys were stolen by a salesman that stopped by Friday, but we can’t prove that. Needless to say, we are changing the locks on the doors and dong our best not to leave home for too long.

Happy News, I discovered I like poetry. My Oral Interpretation class has opened my eyes to the greatness that is poems. My professor invited the class (in which only 5 of us went) to her house to discuss the poems we had selected for analysis. I loved the discussion so much. Plus my performance of the poem went well. I didn’t even freak for the camera. I’m good. Tonight I will be traveling to Orlando for some oral performance the professor wants us to see. It’s Free.

Natural News, I haven’t really worked on my story lately . . . but I still have all the ideas buzzing around my headIf I get home at a half-way-descent hour tonight I might work on it. I got to work closing at the library; being supervisor I got to chill in the back and have the little ones do most of the work. I do still care for the periodicals. Though lately new management wants everyone to know how to do everything, so ‘everyone’ has been shelving journals, which drives me up the wall.I really hate sharing this job. Sorry to complain, but it’s how I feel about work. It’s a good job, don’t get me wrong, I’m just very possessive.
